His full name is Vladislav Panchenko, he is from Kazakhstan and started when he was 15 years old in the kitchen and then at 18 he chanced to pastry.
Then he went to ENSP for pastry education in France,Lyon. Also he visited several classes in Belgium and France.
After he was working in Kazakhstan for 2 years he moved to Moscow. He was working in Chocolate Academy (BarryCallebaut company) in Moscow for 2.5 years and now he works by his own, traveling around the world and also working in Moscow on his projects.
In this chocolate class, chef Vladislav will teach:
Theory of chocolate
Types of tempering Colors and cocoa butter
15 different designs of bon bons
1-Coconut-passion fruit (Passion fruit caramel, coconut praline)
2-Apple pie (Apple caramel with cinnamon, crunchy hazelnut praline)
3-Bonbon with liquid cognac filling.
4-Caramel Bar (Caramel ganache, caramelized praline)
5-Honey-lemon (Liquid honey, lemon ganache with honey)
7-Raspberry-yogurt (Raspberry jelly, yogurt ganache)
4-Double caramel popcorn
1-Pistachio marzipan (homemade pistachio paste)
2-Passion fruit soft caramel
3-Hazelnut praline mini-bar
1-Whipped caramel truffle
2-Coconut-passion fruit truffle
All the students will make the CHOCOLATES with the chefs they will be able to learn all the techniques to MAKE them.
All the students will decorate the cakes together with Ronya and Andrew.
At the end of the class all the CHOCOLATES and CAKE will be distributed between all the students.
We will also cut and taste them between all the participants.

** The course will take place with a minimum of 12 people. If you have to buy a ticket for your flight, train or bus, please contact us and ask if the class have reached the minimum number of people needed to run the class.
In order to book your place, please issue payment of 800 euros, refering your full name and surname (will be the name to be showed in the certificate).
By the organization: if the course is canceled by the organizers, the student will receive a refund of the amount paid by him/her to date.
By students: there is no possibility of refund if the student cancels his/her attendance.
In any case the organization will bear the expenses incurred by the student for the completion of the course (accommodation costs, flights, diet, transportation).
All the courses will be confirmed 15 days before the class date, so if you need to buy a flight, please ask us first to check if the class has reached the mínimum number of students.
-The places will be allocated in order of registration.
-The money paid is valid only for the date of the workshop and is not refundable.
-The reserved space is not transferable to another person if you can not attend the course.
-It is not allowed to take pictures of the step by step in class.
-It is not allowed to film the class.
-The fact of attending the above courses PROVIDES NO rights to the content and identical reproduction thereof without permission from the chef.
