Her name is Margarita and she is an architect. She started her pastry journey 6 years ago with making sugar flowers. Then she realized that she could not stop and continued to develop her pastry skills. Now she does everything from making cakes to decor, for children, for weddings, with flowers, figures and drawings. She would like to share one of her skills with participants, so she invites them to her course painting on the glaze. It will be interesting, she promises!
On the course participants will:
Prepare 5 fillings of mousse cakes from the begining to the end, cook the glaze with which she works. She will show them how to cover the cake and draw a picture and after that, everyone will create their own flamingo on the cake.
Margarita will also demonstrate how to draw the Japan Sakura Cake and how to draw individual cakes with little flowers.
Open to any level of experience
Mousse limes basil, lemon gel, yuzu creme, lime sponge.
2. COCONUT COFFE
Coffee mousse, wipped coconut ganache, coconut crunch with cocoa beans, coconut dacuaise.
Hazelnut mousse, caramel cream, caramel streisel, 2 hazelnut biscuit.
4. EXOTIC CHOCOLATE
Chocolate mousse with passion fruit, mango and passion fruit creme, exotic caramel, brownie with banana.
5. SPICY ORANGE
Mousse dark chocolate, red orange compote, orange creme, spicy biscuit.
At the end of the class the desserts will be tasted and each participant will take home his/her Flamingo cake.
We will also taste the recipes made between all the participants.
The decorations could change, depending on chef decision.

** The course will take place with a minimum of 12 people. If you have to buy a ticket for your flight, train or bus, please contact us and ask if the class have reached the minimum number of people needed to run the class.
Such as workshops, each student will leave the course with their own work and having learned the techniques taught by the cake designer/chef.
In order to book your place, please issue payment of 350 euros, refering your full name and surname (will be the name to be showed in the certificate). Deadline for second payment is 10/10/19.
By the organization: if the course is canceled by the organizers, the student will receive a refund of the amount paid by him/her to date.
By students: there is no possibility of refund if the student cancels his/her attendance.
In any case the organization will bear the expenses incurred by the student for the completion of the course (accommodation costs, flights, diet, transportation).
All the courses will be confirmed 15 days before the class date, so if you need to buy a flight, please ask us first to check if the class has reached the mínimum number of students.

-The money paid is valid only for the date of the workshop and is not refundable.
-The reserved space is not transferable to another person if you can not attend the course.
-It is not allowed to take pictures of the step by step in class.
-It is not allowed to film the class.
