Our lead times are expressed in days and stated in each product details.

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer and confirmed acceptance of the order, and shall be considered made ​​at the time when the order arrives to that address.

Deadlines for information are given without guarantee. In any case a delay of production can lead to an annulment, to a rejection of the good or benefit of actual damages.

The shipment may be effected only if the client is a day of its obligations to the seller and if there is no delay in payments, including payments due to other orders.

Goods traveling to the risks and dangers inherent in the transport. The recipient must verify the condition of the order at the time of delivery. This check should include quality, quantity and references goods and order fulfillment. Transport times are not guaranteed

WE SHIP OUT TO SPAIN, PORTUGAL AND WORLWIDE WITH DHL EXPRESS & DHL ECONOMY. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties outside of European Comunity are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. We will not accept any return due to payment refuse of custom fees or taxes and duties.

Deliveries out to Russia can be only made between companies (particulars/non professionals and companies are not allowed)

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: the sale of the products will be made without VAT. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight and volume and the system automatically calculates this cost, once the customer has registered with their data in the online shop and once they have added the products to the shopping cart. Customs charges are not included in the cost of shipping and will always be paid by the customer.

WHEN WE MAKE FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS, THE COMPANY WILL CHOOSE THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY TO MAKE THE SHIPPING. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties outside of European Comunity are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WHICH INCLUDE SILICONE MOULDS, WILL BE SENT WITH THEIR BOXES FOLDED, TO AVOID EXTRA COSTS DUE TO VOLUME. 

Transit time varies between 4 and 10 days, depending on the service chosen. 

In order to know the transport cost, it is necessary to register in the online store, adding the products to the shopping cart. Then the system automatically calculates the shipping cost, which will depend on the weight and volume of the products.

COOKIES DELIVERIES

Cookies will be shipped on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS and shipments are made through the transport company Courier Factory.

Shipments are only made within Spain and Portugal (not islands).

Deliveries are made on WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS except for holidays (contact us to check delivery date)

No international shipments of cookies are made.
